Khanna Sadar Police register cases against two groups

Khanna, November 16, 2015: Khanna Sadar Police have registered cases against two groups of youths into the firing incident that took place yesterday in a palace near Khanna. 
As per SHO Sadar Khanna Bhupinder Singh Khanna Police on the statement of Avjinder Singh alias Kala Ghudani have registered a case under Sections 307,148,149 of the IPC and 25-27-54-59 of the Arms Act against Gurjot Singh Dhandari and his five associated. In the same way on the statement of Gurjot Singh Dhandari the police have registered a case under Sections 307,148,149 of the IPC and 25-27-54-59 of the Arms Act against Avjinder Singh alias Kala Ghudani and three others. 
SHO stated that Gurjot Singh has been admitted at CMC Ludhiana while Kala Ghudani has been admitted at IV Hospital Mohali. He stated that both youths were allegedly injured during gun shots on each other at Kings Castle Palace at village Bhattian near Khanna yesterday after some heated exchanges during a marriage party. He said that the police are enquiring the matter and will take action as per law after verifying the real cause of firing incident.
It is worth to say that a marriage party was going on in the Kings Castle palace yesterday evening and marriage party members were busy in taking meals. In the meal time two opposite groups of youths have heated exchange over some old enmity and in the mean time they took out fire arms and fired on each other resulting injuries to two youths.
