Chandigarh, July 25, 2014: The Vigilance Bureau Punjab has trapped a Patwari with the bribe money of Rs. 5 thousands.
Disclosing this here today an official spokesperson of the Vigilance Bureau said that Patwari Gurmail Singh posted at Hadana, Tehsil and District Patiala, was nabbed on the complaint of Beant Singh resident of village Udaypur Dewanwala,Tehsil and District Patiala.
He said that Beant Singh lodged a complaint against Patwari Gurmail Singh for demanding bribe of Rs.5 thousand from him for demarcation of land.
