Valedictory function of FDP at St Soldier management & Technical Institute

Jalandhar, June 27, 2015: The valedictory function of Faculty Development program  from June 23 to 27 2015 on "Contemporary Practices in Research Methodology" sponsored by Punjab Technical University Jalandhar was organised by St Soldier management and Technical Institute Jalandhar on Saturday.

Faculty members from various esteemed institutions participated in the valedictory function. Managing Director Prof. Manhar Arora presided over the function and it was started with feedback session from the participants. The participants conveyed that the faculty development program  was really useful and informative especially for those who are research scholars. They admired the hospitality and also added that the experts would really strengthen and boost knowledge and skill level of participants.It would also enhance the confidence of the faculty members to handle their research practices with good expertise.during this faculty development program various experts from various academia and industry shared their valuable knowledge with the participants.Talking about FDP the first session of FDP was given by DR.R.K Pushkarna (Principal SSMTI) on  'MAtrix Algebra, Differential Calculus' .The other sessions in five day faculty development programm was given by Dr. Sonia chawla (DAVIET)on Factor analysis, Dr. Inderpal Singh (KCL IMT) on case research Methods and how to write a research paper, Dr. Kapil Gupta( PIM Kapurthala) on Time Series Forecasting and on ARIMA methodology ,Dr. S.K Singla from GNA-IMT on Hypothesis testing. Dr.Ashu Gupta(APJMTC) on Searching techniques in research, Dr Ahsanul.Haq on management practices and entrepreneurship. Prof. Manhar Arora  Managing Dierctor St. Soldier. Group of Institutions appreciated the participation of the faculty  in the program and also emphasize the importance of such faculty development program. He distributed the participation certificates to the participants.
