Top three winners of Mirchi Shugli No. 1 Season-3 with Managing Director Manbir Singh and others.

Jalandhar, May 12, 2015: Providing platform to its students to reveal the best through their inborn talents, CT Group of Institutions organised entertainment programme “Mirchi Shugli No. 1- Season 3” in association with Radio Mirchi at Brewmaster on Monday. Paramjit Singh won the competition whereas Bawa Sarpal and Reega got the second and third position, respectively.

A panel of three judges actor-comedian Bhotu Shah, Deputy Raja and Satti Sehemby selected and judged the participants. As many as 80 finalists, selected from different cities of Punjab after various rounds, participated in this programme.

This programme became enthralling as previous season’s winner of Shugli No. 1, Gurdeep Kainth released his Audio Clip at the event. He sang popular numbers from his album for the entertainment of the audience. The stage got totally thrilled when the students danced on the beats & tunes of music. Everyone enjoyed this programme to the fullest. Comedians made the students laugh on the ticklish Punjabi jokes.

While expressing his happiness on his success, Paramjit Singh who belongs to Amritsar said, “I am thankful to CT Group of institutions for providing me such big platform. He further assured to achieve more and more in this allied field with constant hard work and practice.”

Manbir Singh (Managing Director, CT Group of Institutions) said, “To make someone laugh is a difficult task but there are some people who have inherent skill to make anyone laugh, for them we have organized this event. This is our third season and will continue organising such events to encourage the impeccable talents present in our society.” 

He congratulated the winners & said, "We believe that educational institutions should work for the overall development of the students. The essence of true education resides in the achievements of extra-mural and co-curricular activities of the students.

Singh added, “Such programmes play a vital role in the life of the students. They not only enliven the spirit but also make them competitive and help them explore their inherent talents. We provide such opportunities to our students and to the society so that they can nourish their overall personality.”
