Two minutes silence observed to pay homage to the martyrs of Freedom Struggle

Ludhiana, January 30, 2017: Tributes were paid to the great freedom fighters and martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the sake of the country at the local district administrative complex under the supervision of Additional Deputy Commissioner (g) Sh.Mohinder Pal Gupta. All the civil and police officials and employees paid homage to the freedom fighters and martyrs. Two minute silence was observed at 11a.m. sharp.

Talking to the media persons, Sh. Mohinderpal Gupta said that we must feel proud on our martyrs. Every citizen is enjoying the independence due to their struggle and sacrifice. He paid his homage to all the martyrs on behalf of the district administration and made an appeal to all the officials, employees and citizens to put their efforts to make India a country of the dream of the martyrs. Officials and employees of various departments were also present on the occasion.
