Lord Ganesha to come for our rescue and help us fight against global warming
Mumbai, August 22, 2017: To spread awareness and promote environment friendly Ganesha festival; Viviana Mall, has arranged a workshop for all Ganesha devotees to visit and make Tree Ganesha idols with their own hands on August 23. The Tree Ganesha idol is made of special red soil, organic fertilizers, seeds and natural colour. After immersion, this unique idol will grow into a tree.

Last year, Viviana Mall had organized a workshop for its visitors to come and make their own eco friendly Ganesha which garnered phenomenal response. Taking a step forward the mall has now arranged a special workshop to assist its visitors in making Tree Ganesha on their own.

The excitement towards the Tree Ganesha making workshop is at its peak and people across all age are visiting Viviana Mall on August 23, 2017. With this initiative, the mall aims to promote and encourage use of eco-friendly means and materials for Ganesh Chaturthi celebration.

On this initiative, Ms. Rima Pradhan, Sr. Vice President, Marketing at Viviana Mall said, “We have always promoted environmental friendly means to celebrate Ganesha festival. Be it, Ganesha made of recycled papers or by using shaddoo soil, we have anchored and invited customers to be a part of the eco-friendly drive in our mall. This year we are moving ahead and showing customers how they can make their own Tree Ganesha who will stay with them longer than before in a form of a tree after visarjan.”

“The procedure is very simple but most of us are unaware because we didn’t try it earlier. We are giving everyone a chance to learn, make their own Tree Ganesha and pass on the technique to others in the society and fight against global warming.” She added further.
