Training on Basics of CAD and Its Application in Ludhiana Knitted Apparel Cluster

Ludhiana, July 5, 2017: Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) with a vision to encourage selected MSME clusters to develop themselves into “Smart Clusters” A Training Program On Basics of CAD and Its Application started today.

The Training is to develop Ludhiana Knitted Apparel Cluster as a Smart Cluster with improved local & global competitiveness. 20 Participants have been selected for getting the Training Cad Cam Systems required for the cutting of the Fabrics, Quality Control and reducing the cost of production etc. etc.

This Training is started from 05th July, 2017 to 8th July 2017. Shri S.S. Bedi, Cluster Development Manager, ACDS, Ludhiana while inaugurating the programme informed about the need of such Training Programme for the benefits of the Industry as well as for the Job seekers. He said that these programme can bridge the gap of the supply of the skilled Labour force for the Industry, so far there is a shortage of the work force in the Garment Industry.

Mr Atul Verma Principal, ATDC give a warm Welcome to the dignitaries & others. He informed about the services and Training Programme being run by the ATDC.

Miss Manisha Jani from Margdarshak Team also addressed the participant and motivated them for their success in life. She also shared her experiences to become entrepreneur.
