Thousands attend Bhog & Antim Ardas of Jagteshwar Talwandi

CM visits his ancestral house in Village Talwandi Rai today
Raikot (Ludhiana), March 22, 2015: Thousands of people from all walks of life today paid tributes to Jagteshwar Singh Talwandi, grandson of Jathedar Jagdev Singh Talwandi and son of ex MLA Ranjit Singh Talwandi, at Gurudwara Tahliana Sahib at Raikot, today. Jagteshwar had passed away in a road accident near Chandigarh on March 12.
Before the Bhog and antim ardas of Jagteshwar at Gurdwara Tahliana Sahib Sahib, Raikot, Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal visited their ancestral house in village Talwandi Rai today morning. Describing Jagteshwar’s untimely death in the prime of his youth an irreparable loss to Talwandi family, the Chief Minister expressed his heartfelt sympathies with the bereaved family and prayed to the Almighty to grant peace to the departed soul and strength to the family members to bear this unbearable loss.    
Thousands of people from all walks of life were present to pay homage to the departed soul at Gurudwara Tahliana Sahib, Raikot. Leaders of various political parties, including Shiromani Akali Dal, Congress, Bharatiya Janata Party, and representatives of various religious and social organisations paid rich tributes to Jagteshwar Singh Talwandi.
