Starcast of `Kirpaan: The Sword of Honour’ reaches Ferozepur

Ferozepur, January 31, 2014: “I am glad to reach at historical city of Ferozepur, which has preserved Punjabi culture besides producing great martyrs who sacrificed their lives for their heritage. My upcoming movie “Kirpaan” also reflects the idea that the generation who fail to remember their culture, have to regret.”
This was stated by writer turned director Amrik Gill who was addressing a press conference at Ferozepur today. The star cast of upcoming Punjabi movie “Kirpaan: The Sword of Honour”, landed at the land of martyrs today, for the promotion of the movie.
A veteran, Amrik Gill has movies like “Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam” as dialogue writer and “Machis” as an actor in his scalp, is directing this movie beside writing twenty movies as a dialogue writer.
Along with Gurleen Chopra, Sameeksha Singh, Producer Rajinder Pal Singh marked their presence in the press conference, Amrik Gill shared his thoughts on the revival of Punjabi cinema and accepted that Punjabi cinema has seen its rebirth. He also expressed his faith over the fact his upcoming movie will not disappoint the audience.
Besides Roshan Prince and Mika Singh, the movie has a galaxy of stars including Veteran Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Sunita Dheer and Shwinder Mahal.
