UCPMA organises seminar on Double Your Profits

Ludhiana, January 31, 2014: A seminar on Double Your Profits was organised at United Cycle and Parts Manufacturers Association (UCPMA), Ludhiana for the members of the association. Charanjit Singh Vishivkarma, President UCPMA inaugurated the event while the members of the Youth Club lighted the customary lamp.
The speakers were from Excalibre Inc. a consultancy firm based at Ludhiana & Noida; who are also known as the Turnaround Wizards. They have been working closely with the SME’s and the MSME’s and are the preferred knowledge partners to premier associations like ASSOCHAM, WASME, SME World, JKEDI, TERI, NIFT, SHRM, Instt of Directors, ISSME, IOD, IECCI, PHD Chamber, NIRC, DMA, NMA , NIBBCOM, NISBED and many more.
The hall was packed to capacity and the participants were amazed to learn the new concepts in profit maximisation and how to control costs. One of the Speaker Harprit Singh enumerated the advantages and the need for the fast movers and emphasised that the size of the organisation in inconsequential for success. He motivated the young generation to take charge of their parental business and stressed on the need and time to pay back from the business that gave them both name & fame.
This was the first of the many seminars that are going to be organised. The focus was on involvement of the new generation in their parental business and how to stay profitable and abreast with the latest in the world. Vishivkarma says that he is committed to serving his association members and providing opportunities to them that are easily implemented and at no extra financial burden.
KS Ahluwalia, Executive Coach & Mentor Excaliber talked about their Expertise in directing and providing consulting services in areas such as: Executive Assessment, Performance Management, Career Transition, Change Management, Leadership Development, Succession Management, and Business Restructuring. He explained how to use resources optimally and making profits without compromising on Employee Morale, Values & Ethics. He explained ways to cut costs, increase sales and dramatically improve the bottom line.
Youths of UCPMA have commented very positive views on this program,  one of the young member Parneet Vishivkarma described that such events provide them opportunity to learn and share each other’s views, to expand their relations and knowledge from each other’s experience on such platforms.
There was overwhelming response to this seminar, after attending the meeting, members expand their vision about new concepts, all the office bearers & dignitaries were present.
