Ludhiana, March 6, 2016: Student Organisation of India (SOI), wing of Shiromani Akali Dal held a meeting with students belonged to Schedule caste (SC) category and listened their problems.
Director Youth Development Board and SOI zonal president Meetpal Singh Dugri said that they will take up the issue of scholarship of SC students with government.
During the meeting the students told that they have to fave problems for getting scholarships and this issue will be brought in the notice of government.
The meeting was organised by Amritpal singh and Rajesh kumar in which Bhavadas leader Ashwani Sahota ,SOI leaders Prabhjot Dhaliwal, Sahibjot Chawla Raja Kang and others were present.
Meetpal Dugri said that as they are already up with social activities, they are going to work more for society as they want to bring a positive change.
Amritpal Singh, Rajesh Kumar, Vijay Manav, Vicky Sahota, Inderpal Chahan, Lala Parveen, Tinku Daba,Sunil Lahot,Vicky, Amit ,Rajinder Singh, Amit Lallto,Mani Sethi,Prince sodhi, Vicky Guri ,Sunil and many others were present.
