Scholarship for Lyallpur Khalsa College Students

Jalandhar, April 4, 2016: Thirteen students of Lyallpur Khalsa College were awarded scholarship by the Jatt Sikh Council today in brief function held in the college office in which the President of the College Governing Council Sardarni Balbir Kaur awarded this Scholarship worth Rs 70,000/- to these outstanding students who include Anoop Kaur (M.Com), Jaspreet Kaur (M.Sc-Maths), Loveleen Kaur (M.Sc.-Maths), Harvinder Kaur (B.Sc Biotech), Kamaljit Singh (M.Sc.-Maths), Gurjant Singh (M.Sc-Physics), Tarandeep Kaur (B.Sc-Economics), Sukhmeet Kaur (B.Sc-Biotech), Ramandeep Kaur (B.Sc-Biotech), Gurvinder Singh (BBA), Manpreet Kaur (BBA), Gurpreet Kaur (DCA) and Sandeep Kaur (B.Com-Professonal).
Speaking on the occasion the Principal of the College Dr. Gurpinder Singh Samra said that Lyallpur Khalsa College is committed to promote higher education in the region, adding that all possible efforts would be made to support meritorious and deserving students.
