Ali Asgar who plays Nathu Nakabandi in SAB TV's Woh Teri Bhabhi Hai Pagle said, "I love the festival of colours, however I believe that one must be mindful about the safety of others too. I would like to ask everyone and all my fans to play Holi using eco friendly colours and just use one litre of water through the day while they celebrate the festival."

However, knowingly unknowingly, I am happy I never wasted water as now water shortage has become a serious problem. I have played Holi only for the camera for my shows as it was unavoidable. But yes, I do love to eat Puranpoli which is a speciality in Maharashtra. I like to celebrate Holi by eating sweets and knowing the importance of the festival. I would want to request each and every one that please play dry Holi and don’t waste even a drop of water. This step might save a lot of lives.”

Shafaaq Naaz who plays Mayuri in SAB TV’s Chidiya Ghar said, “I personally love the colours and the festival both. On sets, we do celebrate Holi as a one big family. This year, onscreen Holi is going to be little different as there will be a special Girls v/s Boys Holi and we are playing eco-friendly Holi!
