Jalandhar, November 8, 2015: Roshanara - Diwali Art Mela was celebrated at Little Blossoms School Jalandhar. Main attraction of this carnival was the art exhibition presented by the students of Pre- Primary Wing.  It was a colourful display of hardwork , creative talent of pre nursery, nursery, L.K.G. & U.K.G.students. Their tiny hands designed Diyas, Candles, Gift Wrappings,,Torans, Lampshades, Paper Bags , Greeting Cards, Gift wrapping, Earthern pots which were appreciated by one & all.   Jokes of RJ Vikas created a lively atmosphere. Fun games & rides stole the show.     Besides art exhibition, cooking without fire & flower arrangement competitions were also organized. Students exhibited their culinary art by presenting delicious dishes. Various fresh & dry flower arrangements depicted social and moral messages
Motive behind this mela was charity. Many Diwali craft items were sold & the money raised will be donated to needy institutes and also parents were encouraged to donate eyes on this festival of lights. As the biggest charity in one's life is Eye Donation. 
Message light a candle - light up a life was conveyed to the guests. Diwali market was artistically decorated. 
Whole school was enlightened with Diyas, Candles & Rangolis.
Ms Jyoti Mittal, Ms Garima, Ms Sujata & Ms Cauvery were the judges of the competitions.    Principal Ms Vandana Murria told that the credit of whole event goes to the teachers who made 2year - 5 year old children to create something and helped in taking out their hidden talent from them. Learning by doing was the motto behind this . 
Director Ms RuhaniKohli inspired everyone with the message....Let's light the candle of hope and encouraged students to celebrate an Eco friendly Diwali.
