Jalandhar, July 29, 2015: Research Projects sanctioned by UGC to three teachers in PCM S.D.College for Women, Jalandhar. The Research Project titled ‘Problems faced by Immigrants with special references from Punjabi Plays and awakening the people about them’ will be undertaken by Mrs. Surinder Kaur Narula, Dept. of Punjabi. The Research Project titled ‘ Growth and Impediments in Leather Industry of Punjab and Suggestible measures having bearing PAN India’ submitted by Mrs. Alka Sharma, Head Dept. of Commerce has been approved. A research project on ‘Awareness amongst students about consumer Rights – A case study submitted by Mrs. Rajni Kapoor has also been approved. Principal Dr. Kiran Arora congratulated all three of them for their research initiative and goal.
