Ferozepur, December 16, 2012: During inspection of jails, the recovery of mobiles, drugs etc. has become a common thing and the connivance of jail officials cannot be ruled out.
As per the crime report of the police, intoxicant drugs have been recovered from the under trial prisoner and Ferozepur City police have registered a case under NDPS Act on the complaint of Superintendent Jail, Ferozepur.
The prisoner has been identified as Harbhajan Singh alias Bhajan, a resident of village Pakan, district Fazilka, during the search operation.
