Ludhiana, October 19, 2012: Police Division No. 2 have recovered 50 gm of heroin from two persons identified as Sukhwinder Singh, a resident of Bajra village and Saurav Kumar, a resident of Phillaur.
According to police, both the riding a motorcycles yesterday and they were apprehended by a naka party near Sufia Chowk. On checking, consignment of narcotics was seized. The value of the seized narcotics in the International market is worth Rs. 25 lakh.
Both the accused have been booked under the NDPS Act.
