Chandigarh, August 28, 2012: The Punjab government has promoted 11 District Revenue Officers to the cadre of Punjab Civil Service (Executive) on the recommendations of Punjab Public Service Commission.
According a spokesman of state personnel department those DROs who have been promoted to the PCS (Executive) Cadre included Arina Duggal, Inderbir Kaur Mann, Paramjit Singh, Hardip Singh Dhaliwal, Sanjeev Kumar, Barjinder Singh, Darbara Singh, Varinder Pal Singh Bajwa, Rajiv Kumar Verma, Amandeep Singh Bhatti and Anuprita Johal.
The spokesman further said that these promotions were subject to final decision of CWP No.18928 of 2011 Bhupinder Singh Vs State of Punjab and others, CWP No.22931 of 2011 Daljit Singh Chinna Vs State of Punjab and others, CWP No.8421 of 2002 Amarbir Singh Vs State of Punjab and others, CWP No.15342 of 1999, CWP No.11878 of 2012 Subhash Chander Bhardwaj Vs State of Punjab and others and any other court cases pending in any court, court cases and FIRs related to Ravi Sidhu scam and pending enquiries, criminal cases, vigilance cases or any other punishment given earlier to above mentioned candidates.
