Punjab News/Bikram Majithia greets people on Gurupurb

Chandigarh, November 16, 2013: Bikram Singh Majithia, Minister for Revenue and Information & Public Relations, Punjab extended his heartiest greetings to the people of Punjab and the Indians settled abroad on the auspicious occasion of Guru Nanak Dev’s birth anniversary.
In his message on the Gurupurab, Majithia said that Guru Nanak Dev was an apostle of peace, love, devotion, universal brotherhood and communal harmony. We must follow his preaching of universal brotherhood and render selfless services to humanity. He also said that Guru Nanak's philosophy sought “Sarbat Da Bhalla” (welfare of all) and his message is relevant to the whole world, transcending all boundaries.
