Punjab Governor greets people on Maharishi Valmiki Jayanti

Chandigarh, October 17, 2013:  On the auspicious occasion of Maharishi Valmiki Jayanti, the Punjab Governor and Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh, Shivraj V.
