Punjab Government Transfers 24 Revenue Officers With Immediate Effect

Chandigarh, April 12, 2016: The Punjab government has issued transfer and posting orders of one District Revenue Officer and 23 Tehsildars and Naib Tehsildars of Patiala and Ferozepur Divisions on administrative grounds with immediate effect.
Disclosing this here today, an official spokesman of the government said that District Revenue Officer Bathinda, Mr. Avtar Singh Makkar has been given additional charge of Sri Muktsar Sahib along with his existing duties.
Giving details of the transferred Tehsildars, the spokesman said that Mr. Tapan Bhanot Tehsildar has been transferred to Sultanpur Lodhi, Manjit Singh Rajla at Bhullath, Mr. Pawan Kumar at Zira, Mrs. Mandeep Kaur at Khanna, Mr. Karun Gupta at Ludhiana Central, Mrs. Ramandeep Kaur at Banga, Mr. Badaldeen at Malerkotla, Mr. Harphool Singh at PWD Patiala, Mr. Gurjinder Singh, Mr. Subhash Chander Bhardwaj at Pathankot. Mr. Beant Singh Sidhu at Jaiton, Mr. Joginder Singh at Jagraon, Harsimran Singh at Patiala, Mr. Darshan Singh at Guru harsahai, Mr. Bhupinder Singh at Dharamkot and Mr. Ramesh Kumar at Leharagaga.
Giving details of the transferred Naib Tehsildars of Patiala Division, the spokesman said that Mr. Sarabjit Singh Naib Tehsildar (under training) has been posted to Bassi Pathana, Mr. Tarsem Chand Sharma at Jagraon, Mr. Kulbhushan at Nabha and Mr. Manmohan Kumar at Dhanaula.
Similarly Naib Tehsildars of Ferozepur Division namely Mr. Jagdish Rai has been posted at Gidderbaha, Purshotam Lal at Dharamkot and Mr. Gurmeet Singh has been posted at Makhu with immediate effect.
