Punjab Government Gives Go Ahead To Set Up A Ultra Modern Dairy Training Centre At Sangrur

Chandigarh, April 26, 2015: The Punjab Government has given go ahead to set up a ultra modern dairy training centre at Sangrur. This centre would be equipped with class rooms, seminar halls, drill training labs to impart the modern training and techniques to the dairy farmers.
Disclosing this Gulzar Singh Ranike, Animal Husbandry Minister said that this training centre would cater to the dairy training facility to the farmers  of Sangrur, Patiala and Barnala Districts. He said that the modern dairy training prevlent worldwide would be imparted in this centre. "The state government has already set up five such state of the art dairy training centres in different areas of Punjab" added Ranike.
The Minister said that the financial assistance to the tune of Rs. 3.50 crore has already been released by the state government.  He said that the motive behind setting up these state of the art dairy training centres was to equipped the farmers with the modern dairy farming practices.
