Chandigarh, December 3, 2015: The Punjab government today issued directions to all the government departments to hold special monthly camps to dispose of the complaints of pensioners.
Disclosing this here today an official spokesman of the government said Government had received many complaints from retired officers and employees that they are facing huge troubles in regard of their pending pension’s cases.
He further said this due to this Punjab Government today directed all its departments to make lists of pending cases and organise monthly camps to clear the pending cases of pensioners.
He has also asked the officers concerned to ensure the availability of staff to organise these camps, prepare list of pending cases of pensioners and submission of status report of pending cases after the camp.
