Punjab CM Condoles Death Of More Than 100 People In Kerala

Chandigarh, April 10, 2016: Punjab Chief Minister Mr.Parkash Singh Badal today expressed deep shock and anguish over the tragic accident in which at least 106 persons were reportedly killed and over 350 injured after a fire broke out at the Paravur Puttingal Devi temple around 3:30 am on Sunday during fireworks ceremony as part of the annual festival of the temple, near Kollam in Kerala.
Expressing profound grief and sorrow over this disastrous accident, the Chief Minister shared his heartfelt sympathies with the members of the bereaved families and prayed to the Almighty to give them courage to bear this irreparable loss in the hour of crisis and grant peace to the departed souls.
