The photograph taken on concluding day of Panjab University (PU) Photo Exhibition on Wednesday at the Museum of Fine Arts in PU Campus in Chandigarh.
Chandigarh, December 3, 2014: Panjab University (PU) Photo Exhibition concluded today at the Museum of Fine Arts in PU Campus.
Selected seventy entries of PU Photography Contest were displayed at the three day long exhibition, which was organised by Department of Public Relations with the support of Department of Art History and Visual Arts.
It was the first such exhibition organised by PU.
PU Dean University Instructions, A K Bhandari, many PU Fellows, teachers, research scholars and students today visited the exhibition.
PU Director Public Relations, Vineet Punia said that the exhibition received huge appreciation and participation from the art lovers and students. PU DPR had earlier organised the photography contest on the two themes of PU Legacy/Heritage and Glimpses of PU Today: Architecture/Campus/ Students. The department intends to make it an annual affair, he added.
