PU declares result of BCA 5th semester

Ludhiana, January 19, 2019: Students of Bajaj College, Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana exhibited another example of their academic achievement when Panjab University declared the result for fifth semester of Bachelors of Computer Applications on Thursday the Exams to which were held in December, 2018. Rimpi Rai and Manveer Kaur acquired 315 marks out of 400 (78.7%) and bagged the first position in the college. Jaspreet Kaur followed them with 314 marks (78.5%). Komal stood third with 305 scores (76.25%). Another remarkable achievement was that Rimpi secured 63 marks out of 65 in the subject of Discrete Mathematics. The Principal, Dr.Shikha Dhall, congratulated the Computer Science Department and the students for their success and bringing laurels to the college. BRIEFS ---The declaration of BCA Semester-5th December, 2018 result by Panjab University, Chandigarh was a matter of immense pride for Guru Nanak Girls College, Model Town, Ludhiana. Nandini Dadwal bagged 1st position in College by securing 82% marks. Dazy Sharma and Geeta both bagged 2nd position in College by securing 80.5% marks and Priya Singh bagged 3rd position in College by securing 77.25% marks. The stupendous results are a result of untiring efforts made by the students and their mentors. Principal of the college Dr. (Mrs.) Charanjit Mahal congratulated faculty and students for this glorious success. ---The students of Dept. of Computer Science and Applications, Ramgarhia Girls College, Ludhiana gave an outstanding performance in the exams of B.C.A. 5th Semester, conducted by Panjab University, Chandigarh, in Dec 2018. All the students passed with First Division. Divisha Sharda clinched first position in college by scoring 79.25% marks,Supriya got second position in college with 77.75% marks and Kamalpreet Kaur bagged third position in the college with 77.25% marks. Principal, Dr. (Mrs.) Inderjit Kaur, congratulated Mr. Rattan Deep Chawla, Head of the Dept. of Computer Science and Applications,and his team on the success. She averred that the hard work and determination of the students coupled with the guidance provided by the teachers resulted in an outstanding result.
