Chandigarh, October 27, 2015: Ms Rajneet Kaur, a UGC Meritorious Research Fellow, University Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (UIPS), Panjab University (PU), Chandigarh, has been awarded with “Promising Young Scientist Award 2015” by Select Biosciences (India) Pvt Ltd. Today on 27th October 2015 in the UIPS, PU, India. 
Ms Rajneet has been selected for the coveted Award among the top performers in the Select Biosciences Conference presentations on the basis of the highest holistic score for her achievements out of her ongoing research in Pharmaceutical Sciences during the last 3 years, as adjudicated by a panel of experts. The entire research work has been spearheaded and guided under the supervision of Professor Bhupinder Singh Bhoop, Chairman, UIPS, and Professor O P Katare, UIPS. 
This award recognizes her dedication towards her research work and has been conferred upon her with the following citation (attached).
Over 10 publications in peer-reviewed journals, 7 book chapters and 12 Conference presentations from her QbD- based research work on Nanostructured Drug Delivery systems are testimony to her exemplary accomplishments in Pharmaceutical Sciences during the last 3 years. Her research work undoubtedly indicates immense potential to grow into a scientist par-excellence. She has been selected from amongst several contenders on the basis of highest holistic score for her achievements, as adjudicated by a panel of experts.
