Ludhiana, January 24, 2015: The 66th Republic day was celebrated with equal sentiments in the premises of BCM School, Dugri, Ludhiana.
The importance of the day was highlighted through a speech which was delivered in the morning assembly.
A march past was held for the students of UKG.
Students of Classes IV and V were also involved in mass PT as a part of the celebration. The students were encouraged to become active civilians and help India in achieving every goal like Cleanliness, Hygiene etc. and make the dream of PM Narendra Modi come true.
Addressing the students School Principal Dr. Vandna Shahi said that such celebrations are of utmost importance to give tribute to the sacrifices of the freedom fighters and to arouse the feelings of patriotism in students’ hearts.
