Chandigarh, July 11, 2015: The Education Department has concluded the marathon task of general transfers. Only those applicants have been considered for the transfers who had applied online. With the completion of this task now no application for transfer would be entertained.
Disclosing this an official spokesperson of the Education Department said that applications for transfers were sought from 24 to 26 June and application of only those candidates were considered who fulfilled the terms and conditions of the transfer policy. Last date for the transfers was June 30 which was extended by the Punjab Government till July 10. The Spokesperson said that now after this date the whole procedure of general transfers has come to an end. He said that now no case for the transfer would be entertained although the candidate had applied online by June 26. Intra District transfers’ list has been uploaded over District level websites whereas the Inter District and Inter Division level transfers’ lists have been uploaded over the Education Department’s website.
