Ferozepur, July 28, 2016: Tree plantation day was celebrated in S.B.S State Technical Campus, Ferozepur. More than 200 shadowy, fruit bearing and aesthetic tree saplings were planted in the Technical Campus ground on this occasion.
Sh.Ram Kumar Chopra, Retired Superintendent donated these plants for enhancing pollution free and green environment in this Technical Campus. He has already donated 2 water coolers with R.O. to this Campus which are installed at different locations. The faculty, staff and students of this Campus has lauded the initiative of Mr. Ram Kumar Chopra for this noble service.
Dr. T. S. Sidhu, Campus Director appreciated the efforts of Mr. Ram Kumar Chopra (Ex employee of this Campus) in promoting general awareness about the benefits of plantation trees and enhancing pollution free green environment in Campus.
Prof. Gazal Preet Arneja Principal Poly Wing, Mr. Gurpreet Singh Incharge Horticulture, Mr. N. S. Bajwa Incharge Housekeeping, Mr. Amarjit Singh, Mr Rajinder Kumar and other faculty and staff were present.
