Photo is enough: STRAY DOGS GET ACCESS TO GM DIC KANGRA OFFICE PREMISES

The office General Manager, District Industries Centre, Kangra (located at Dharamsala in Himachal Pradesh) has become a shelter of stray dogs. There seems to be nobody to check entry of these stray dogs into the office premises. In this picture, stray dogs are seen present in the office complex. Will the authorities concerned look into this kind of nuisance?
