PCTE ORGANISES BODY BUILDING COMPETITION

Ludhiana, February 15, 2018: PCTE Group of Institutes organized Body Building Competition. The competition has been organized for the Ninth consecutive year and has received a highly enthusiastic response. 13 students from various disciplines participated in the Physical Fitness Competition.

Dr.Deepak Prashar, Mr.Ravi Prashar, Mr.Ram Prashar and Mr.Kriti Sharma were the judges and Dr. Sarabjeet Singh was the honorable guest for the event and whereby were very happy to see that so many students in PCTE showed emphatic interest in Body Building. Over All winner of the event was Diwam from BBA 2nd Year.

In Heavy Weight body building competition , Rishi from BBA 1st year stood first followed by Shiva from ATHM- 2nd Year and Deepak from BCOM 3rd took the Second and Third Position ,In Middle Weight Category, Diwam BBA-2nd Year stood first followed by Nipun from BPharmacy 3rd Year and Ankush HM 4th Year took the Second and Third position , In Light Weight Category Manan from BBA 1st Year bagged the first position followed by Harminder from BBA 3rd Year and Piyush from B Pharmacy 4th Year took the Second and Third position

Mr. Kapil Prashar and Mr. Anirban Gupta event organizers said that we were astonished to see the zeal of participants “We organize this event to encourage health consciousness among the youth.”

Dr. K N S Kang, Director General, PCTE Group of Institutes on the occasion said, “Body building is a rigorous discipline. It demands dedicated commitment and constant hard work on regular basis to win at a platform like this. We are elated to have best body builders from the city at PCTE.”
