The ministerial staff of Ferozepur deputy commissioner’s office on Tuesday stage protest in front of the office on the call of state body of the Punjab State Ministerial Services Union (PSMSU), for the second day.
Ferozepur, March 5, 2013: The ministerial staff of deputy commissioner’s office today staged protest in front of the office on the call of state body of the Punjab State Ministerial Services Union (PSMSU), for the second day.
Addressing the rally, Vijay Behal, district president said, a notice to the financial department has been given from time to time by the Deputy Commissioner Employees Unions but our genuine demands are being ignored and no action has been taken by the Punjab Government and the employees have been compelled to resort to agitation.
The rally was also addressed by the leaders of various trade unions. On this occasion, Deepak Midha, general secretary said that in case the genuine demands of the union are not accepted immediately, the union will intensify the agitation for which the responsibility will be that of the government.
