PAU To Hold One-Month Refresher Training Course For Beekeepers

Ludhiana, July 3, 2015: To upgrade the skills of the beekeepers, the Directorate of Extension Education of the Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) will organize a one-month refresher training course on “Beekeeping” from July 15 to August 14. Giving details, Dr R.S. Sidhu, Director of Extension Education said the course will be conducted in association with the Department of Entomology, PAU. The interested beekeepers can obtain application forms from the Department of Entomology, PAU, Ludhiana or Krishi Vigyan Kendra of the concerned district, he informed. The beekeepers can also download forms from PAU website www.pau.edu., he said. The beekeepers from Punjab and Chandigarh may submit their applications to the Department of Entomology, PAU on or before July 13, he added.
