Pallavi Verma Student of BCA 2013 batch of PCTE stood first in University

Ludhiana, October 31, 2014: PCTE student Pallavi Verma Student of BCA 2013 batch of PCTE stood first in University in second semester PTU Examinations. She scored 94.43% marks. Whereas Simarpreet Kaur Walia of CKDIMT, Amritsar stood second and Manila Kumar of GNAIMT, Phagwara stood third. Another student Bakshish Singh Dhillon along with Gurpreet Singh, students of same batch from PCTE secured tenth position with 88.86% marks in University Examinations. 

Buoyed by the success, Pallavi Verma said that, “It’s like dream come true and I thank god for this success and also my teachers and parents who supported me with full zeal. Accomplishing top university position requires complete hard work and devotion''. In addition Bakshish Singh said “It was the constant support and guidance of faculty members who helped him to perform so well and understand concepts in Indian education system”

Prof. Swapan Chanana, Unit Head, PCTE said that, “Pallavi Verma was really focused to secure university position. He said that BCA students of PCTE have performed exceptionally well in University Examination”. He further said that “We are happy to find out that along with local students many International students have also secured positions in University.”

Dr. K.N.S.Kang Director General PCTE Group of Institutes congratulated the students and also said that it is the hard work and commitment that has paid all of them. He said that so far PCTE has clinched 28 gold medals in University.  He also said that PCTE is putting in lot of efforts in improving the quality of education in their institutes. He said that this achievement of the student will help them in professional and personal life. He wished all the students good luck for their life.
