Vikkas as Veer.

Vikkas Manaktala who rose to fame with his character of Amardeep Hudaa in Left Right Left will now be seen in Life OK’s mega fiction show ‘Ghulaam’. Luckily for Vikkas Manaktala, he grasped the role in Ghulaam because of his memorable role in Left Right Left, similarity between both the characters being, Haryanvi dialect.
The makers of the show were pretty sure of casting Vikkas Manaktala for the role of Veer in Ghulaam because of his character of Amardeep Huda in Left Right Left. Since Vikkas had a Haryanvi dialect in the earlier show, he was the first choice to play the character of Veer in Ghulaam and also the first actor to get locked for the show.
Vikkas Manaktala says, “I got approached for the role of Veer because of my character of Amardeep Hudda in Left Right Left. Since my character as Amardeep Hudaa had a Hariyanvi dialect and so will my character Veer in Ghulaam, I was the first choice to play Veer”.
The actor also adds, “I was the first one to get locked from the cast even before the pilot was shot as I believed in this project from the time I heard the narration and I am confident that the viewers will love it too”.
Vikkas Manaktala plays the role of a wrestler in the show. It is an out and out negative role with many dark shades to it.
