Are you a Shiv Devote? Do you love Indian culture? Do you have an interest in Indian history and architecture?

One channel on YouTube diligently every Monday brings to you a feature on an ancient Shiv Temple.

Youtube being the most popular form of entertainment these days, especially amongst the youngsters is encouraging a lot of young talent to create content. But unfortunately, the young youtubers are busy churning our voluminous content looking to make a quick buck without any real substance.

Boom Bhole Digitaal Television’s is one of the few channels who is creating and promoting content which showcases our Indian roots and culture in the lieu of temples.

The crew of their flagship show ‘Temples of India’ travels to all parts of the country to bring to its viewers some very famous and some mostly unheard of ancient Shiv Temples.

Since youtube is the only platform that can reach a worldwide audience instantly, BBD TV too has a lot of its patrons most of whom are NRIs living outside of India.

The producer Viveik R Tewari told us, “There is a lady from London who not only loves and follows are channel but has also recommended and got her entire social circle to subscribe to it. We understand that the youth of India today are more interested in entertainment – one that even television can’t provide them, but the advantage of having a youtube channel is the fact that the videos are there forever. You might view it today or you might view it 10 years later. We want to be proud of the content we create.”

The channel has already featured more than 60 temples from the states of Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh and others and their travels continue with the promise of uploading a new video every Monday.

The presenter of the show, Bhavna Israni, said on hosting the show, “Even I wasn’t aware that there are so many beautiful ancient temples across the country. It is not possible to visit all these temples in one lifetime but our journey is an ongoing one.”

So if you would like to visit an ancient temple every Monday at the click of a button, do subscribe to BBD Television on Youtube.
