MURDERER TOOK RESPONSIBILITY ON FB LIVE
Ferozepur, October 7, 2018: Two youth died while one other was critically injured following a clash between two rival groups in Ferozepur yesterday night. The deceased have been identified as Harjinder Singh alias Mikka (25) and Sonu Gill (24), both residents of city area while the accused has been identified as Vicky Samual, a resident of cantonment area. As per information available, Harjinder and Sonu were coming towards cantonment area after celebrating the birthday of one Jagsir Singh alias Jagga, a resident of Village Rukna Begu who was released on parole recently from Ferozepur Central Jail. During his stay in the jail, Jagga had developed enmity with Vicky and now Vicky wanted to settle the score as he was also released on bail recently. It is pertinent to mention here that Jagga was booked under NDPS Act and was serving ten years imprisonment in the jail while Vicky was booked in some other case. While coming back from Village Sherkhan where the birthday party was organized at the residence of one of the friends of Jagga, Sonu and Harjinder were coming back on a car while Jagga opted for his bike. As soon as they reached near cantonment area at around 11.30 pm, they were allegedly attacked by Vicky and his one or two accomplices with their pistols due to which Sonu and Harjinder died on the spot while one Chamkaur Singh was critically injured. Later, he was referred to Government Medical College, Faridkot. The police have registered a case against Vicky and his friends including 7-8 unidentified persons also. However, no arrest has been made till now. VICKY WANTED TO KILL JAGGA ON HIS BIRTHDAY, POSTED LIVE VIDEO ON HIS WALL The entire planning was done by Vicky to kill his rival Jagga on his birthday. He later posted a live video on his wall also where he openly challenged Jagga and said that he wanted to make his birthday a “memorable one”. He also threatened that he will settle the score with those who are wishing Jagga on his birthday. The deceased Harjinder alias Mikka was working in a private job at Chandigarh and he had come to Ferozepur on Friday only. His wife is settled in New Zealand while Sonu was an auto rickshaw driver.
