Mumbai, November 7, 2016: Mumbai is all set to play host for India’s first-of-its kind Global Advancement for Women Conference hosted by AVTAR Group in partnership with Working Mother Media. Scheduled to take place on the 9th and 10th November 2016 with a balanced participation of over 350 Women CEOs, corporate leaders and entrepreneurs, the conference will throw light on the key enablers at workplace which foster women’s career progression. The conference will witness power packed sessions, lively panel discussions and key talks by eminent women leaders from all walks of life.
For the first time in India, AVTAR Group and Working Mother Media will also be presenting the prestigious ‘Best Companies for Women in India 2016’ (BCWI) list which will reveal the names of 100 Companies in India that have best-in class Women inclusive policies, programs and initiatives. As part of the BCWI awards, the event will also witness the launch of a study report, ‘Working Mother & AVTAR Best Companies for Women in India 2016 Yearbook’ focusing on the key practices and policies adopted by companies in India to attract, engage, retain and develop women.
