Mr Farewell title bagged by Shikhar & Ms Farewell by Rupinder

Jalandhar, April 16, 2015: In "Alvida 2015", farewell party organised by Economics Department of DAV College Jalandhar, Mr Farewell title was bagged by Shikhar & Ms Farewell by Rupinder.

Dav college jalandhar's MA Economics department bade farewell to the seniors. MA semester 4 students were respectfully relieved by the whole department.

Chief Guest Vice Principal, Dr P K Kapoor and Vice Principal Prof P K Sharma were given a floral welcome by hod Dr Suresh Khurana Function started with the traditional Dav song and Saraswati Vandana. 

Prof P K Kapoor said, "Economics department is the honour of the college". He also gave away the prizes to meritorious students of the department.

Vice principal Prof P K Kapoor said, "You all have completed your college life. Now you will take off for the higher flight of life."  Juniors presented a well scheduled cultural program. Whole auditorium danced to the beats of bhangra and Gidda. Play, skit and games were also conducted for packed entertainment. Seniors were presented with the token of love and respect.

HoD Professor Suresh Khurana wished luck to the outgoing students and motivated them to brilliantly perform in final exams.

On this occasion, Vice Principal Prof P K Sharma, Dr Sanjeev Dhawan, Prof Naveen Sood, Prof Monika, Prof Seema were also present.
