Ludhiana, October 18, 2016: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday launched the national SC/ST hub and the zero defect, zero effect on environment (ZED) scheme for the MSME (micro, small and medium enterprises) sector at Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), Ludhiana.
Modi launched this scheme by pressing a remote button. On the occasion, a small documentary briefing about the scheme was shown.
Union Minister for MSME Kalraj Mishra and others including Punjab Chief Minister, Parkash Singh Badal were present on the occasion.
