Meeting of hub manufacturer members of UCPMA held

Ludhiana, August 29, 2014: A meeting of all hub manufacturer members of United Cycle and Parts Manufacturers Association (UCPMA0, Ludhiana was held under the presidentship of Charanjit Singh Vishivkarma on Friday.

Vishivkarma told that out of 12 cluster, eight clusters have been sanction i.e Hub, Chain, free wheel, B.B Set, Chain Wheel & Crank, Sadel, Pedal and Break system. He also told that the government has given the facility of Rs. 360000 lakh per cluster out of 20% cost i.e Rs. 20000 per factory will bear. All manufacturing of Hub Clusters discussed about the costing in detail. B.B Singh Costing Consultant gives the brief details about the costing. They explained method of the costing of the Hub Manufacturer. He also discussed handling of the material and the layout plan of the machinery so that in order to reduce the cost. He also given some tips for calculation of the nickels used to plating the hub etc.
