MAYOR INAUGURATES ART EXHIBITION IN LUDHIANA

Ludhiana, November 2, 2018: Mayor Mr Balkar Singh Sandhu inaugurated an art exhibition organised by Rekha School of Arts at Sutlej Club, here today. He was also accompanied by MC Councillor Mrs Mamta Ashu. While speaking on the occasion, Mr Sandhu said that Rekha Arora is a name extremely familiar to Ludhiana for her immaculate work in field in Arts. A graduate in BFC from Banaras Hindu University in 1981, she laid a strong foundation for her Arts School. An art exhibition has been organized at Satluj Club, Ludhiana by Rekha School of Arts on 2nd and 3rd of November 2018 and would showcase the timeless work done by her and her students. Rekha Arora informed that in case of any sale of exhibit material, 25% of the proceeds will be given as charity to Have A Heart Foundation (Ludhiana).
