Manmeet Singh has been selected the Head Boy while the School Head Girl is Navdeep Kaur

Jalandhar, May 10, 2016: The Investiture ceremony of CT Public School for the academic session 2016-17 was held in a special ceremony. The event was presided by the S. Charanjit Singh Channi (Chairman, CT Group of Institutions), Mrs. Suman Rana (Principal, CT Public School) and other members of the management.
The ceremony was conducted with a high degree of sincerity and enthusiasm. The students had been nominated by the House Incharges on the basis of discipline, academics and behavior so that they could be role models to their fellow mates. They had to face an interview to be selected for the various designations. Our newly elected student council took an oath in front of the whole school to be true to their posts and duties assigned to them.
Srishti Gupta has been designated as the General Secretary. Manmeet Singh has been selected the Head Boy while the School Head Girl is Navdeep Kaur. Ankit has been elected as the School Vice Head Boy while Maneka Bawa has been chosen as the School Vice Head Girl. The Activity Captain (Boys) is Abhinav Madaan and the Activity Captain (Girls) is Ishanika. Kaniksh Bhatia and Pardeep Kaur have been elected as School Sports Captain (Boys/Girls). Swati Gupta has been chosen as the Discipline Captain. Apart from these, there were House designations and Hostel designations too. The newly elected student council took an oath in front of the whole school to be steadfast on the trust that had been reposed in them and execute their duties assigned to them with diligence and precision.
Mrs. Suman Rana (Principal, CT Public School) inducted the students to their posts and inspired them to be good leaders. In her address she said that leadership is based on inspiration not domination; on cooperation, not intimidation. Great leaders don’t set out to be leaders; they set out to make a difference. It’s never about the role but always about the goal. A true leader has the confidence to stand alone, the courage to make tough decisions, and the compassion to listen to the needs of others. He does not set out to be a leader, but becomes one by the quality of his actions and the integrity of his intent.
S. Charanjit Singh Channi congratulated the new student council and their parents and teachers and motivated them to move on the path of righteousness, brotherhood & goodwill.
