Ludhiana News- Ashok Malhotra Group launches IT Tower Building

Ludhiana, September 22, 2014: Ashok Malhotra Group has launched steel structured pre-fabricated six stories IT Tower building at Ludhiana’s first I.T Park at Village Kohara and Jandiali, Chandigarh Road, Ludhiana.
The concept of Pre-fabricated building has been introduced in Ludhiana first time. Development work is on full swing to complete the project in schedule time. Moreover, in the history of Ludhiana it has been happened first time that more than 108 RCC mixtures containers have been poured in 12 hours at IT Building for foundation raft. In every five days structure of one floor will be ready. Upto December, 2014 the Tower will be ready for possession.
Karan Malhotra, Director of the group informed that the said tower has already been sold to IT based company M/s.Crown IT Services.  Independent offices have been designed to fulfill the requirements of IT officials. A UK Based IT Company M/s Trade Next Trading Company is going to establish International Call Centre with inbound and outbound facilities in this tower. Various IT companies from Dubai and Singapore will also open their call centers in this tower shortly.

Now a modern city with IT hub will be available at Ludhiana which not only gives a boost to the real estate sector but also a helpful approach for the youths of Punjab to fulfill their dreams. Best job opportunities for IT skills will be available to them at their door step.
