Jalandhar, November 7, 2016: Little Blosssoms School organised Annual Cultural Show of Pre Primary Wing - ‘Saturnalia 2016' Age group of 2.5 -4 years exhibited their talent.
The occasion was graced by the Chief Guest of the occasion Ms Geetanjali Sagar Yadav IRS, Assistant Commissioner Income Tax.
The programme started with the traditional lighting of the lamp by Ms Yadav , along with Director Ms Ruhani kohli & Principal Ms Vandana Muria followed by invoking the blessings of Lord Shiva through a dance performance.
Extending a warm welcome to all the distinguished guests, the Principal Ms Vandana Murria said that to build a strong future, we need to blend the traditional & modern thinking.
Director Ms RuhaniKohli in her inspiring speech stressed on the importance of teachers and parents working hand in hand for the development of the child’s personality. She also said that annual shows always help in grooming the personality of a child . They gain confidence by overcoming stage fear .
Parents applauded the efforts of staff for putting up a potpourri of dance performances.
The ‘dancing stars - Ding Dong Bell enthralled the audience as they tapped their little feet to the tunes of the song.
Pre Nursery students showcased their love for grandparents through My Gran - My best buddy.
Dancing toons portrayed by the li'l cartoons was superb.
Defenders item by Nursery class was the show stopper of the event. They displayed self defence techniques.
Nursery students danced with synchronisation holding colourful flags took the audience to a long journey through 'Around the world' item.
Lkg students as Gopis stole the hearts with their innocent mischievous actions in the town of Mathura.
Indian Medley by Lkg students exhibited their colourful talent.
Animal's plea was beautifully acted by our little kids , appealing not to kill animals.
Sufi Magic , Rock & Roll , Twisters twist enthralled the audience.
Whole show was managed and anchored by the students of class 1st to 4th .Samya,Koyan , Shreya, Ritwik , Sejal , Prisha, Ashman , Driti showed their oratory skills through their spicy compering.
Addressing the present the Chief Guest Ms. Geetanjali Sagar Yadav Assistant Commissioner (Income Tax) said that where school gives all the modern facility to the student at the same time parents should give proper time to children in this era.
Head boy Ribhav Murria highlighted about the school sctivities & achievements of the current session.
The programme came to an end with the vibrant and lively Gidha & jubilant Bhangra.
