After winning 5th time the election to Punjab and Haryana Council, Chander Mohan Munjal being honoured by the members of the Bar Association at Ferozepur.
Ferozepur, July 21, 2013: After winning 5th time the election to Punjab and Haryana Council, Chander Mohan Munjal, on reaching Ferozepur was assured by the Jasdip Singh Kamboj, President, Adish Kumar, Secretary, Gaurav Vohra, Vice President, Vipan Kumar Dhawan, Cashier, Arshbir Singh Romana, former President and Advocates to provide justice to the people under his leadership.
Munjal, while addressing the advocates said, in Punjab a Welfare Act has been formed for the advocates and under the Act, each Advocate will get Rs.5 lakh on retirement.
He further said, for the convenience of the advocates at Chandigarh, 40 rooms are being constructed in Law Bhawan so that advocates from different cities of Punjab could stay there.
He also informed that Legal Training Programme has also been introduced to train the new entrants in advocate profession.
On this occasion, Jasdip Singh Kamboj, President said, the advocates of the Bar Council have decided to free legal aid to the poor persons.
Chander Mohan Munjal was also honoured on his visit to Ferozepur by the members of the Bar Association.
