K Raheja Corp wins in multiple categories at the Indian Building Congress (IBC) Awards for Excellence in Built Environment

Mumbai, October 13, 2016:K Raheja Corp is a success story spanning six decades, and stands today as India’s leading developer, with business diversified across realty, hospitality, retail and malls. In its continuous recognition for its commitment to green, the Company has been bestowed with the Indian Building Congress (IBC) Award for Excellence in Built Environment (2014-15) in key categories at the inaugural function of the 21st Annual Convention of IBC that was recently held in New Delhi.

Under the Commercial Buildings category - Mindspace Building No. 6, Madhapur, Hyderabad won for 'Energy & Water Efficiency Measures'. This is an outcome of extensive research and steps undertaken to reduce energy and water wastage in the building.

The Company also won the IBC Award for Excellence in Built Environment for the project pertaining to ‘Energy Efficiency Retrofitting Measures’ for the projects Inorbit Mall, Mumbai, The Resort Hotel Mumbai and Hotel Renaissance Mumbai under Clinton Climate Initiative Program, in the category Rehabilitation | Retrofitting of buildings.

The company has been conferred with the Award of Commendation Certificate for both the categories.
