Foreigners enjoying Holi at Joshi Foundation's sixth Holi Rain Dance Party at Rock Garden here yesterday at Chandigarh.
Chandigarh, March 25, 2016: The Rock Garden reverberated with enthusiasm, music and cheers during the rain dance party held by Joshi Foundation commemorating the festival of colors holi.
Chairman of the foundation Vineet Joshi said that this was the sixth year of celebrating the day that had become a hallmark of fun and gaiety.
The Rock Garden wore a festive look with riot of colors splashed across. Families bonded over gulal and dances with sumptuous delicacies. Municipal councillor Saurabh Joshi said that basking in the colors of gaiety were people from all sections of society who enjoyed the festivity to hilt. He added that people from foreign origin too joined the celebrations.
Dinesh Kumar, State general Secretary, BJP Punjab, Neeraj Tayal, Director, Punjab State Transmission Corporation & Dr HK Bali, Renowned cardiologist and Chairman, Heart Foundation also marked their presence at the occasion.
