IT officers held meeting with prominent industrial associations

Ludhiana, February 19, 2015: Bharat Bhusan Nanavati, Principle Commissioner, Income Tax and B.K. Singh, Additional Commissioner of Income Tax, held a meeting with prominent industrial associations of Ludhiana at their office at Ayakar Bhawan, Rishi Nagar, Ludhiana. They asked for suggestions regarding improvement in working of Income Tax Department and enquired about timely refunds. 

They requested to the industry to deposit the last Installment of Advance Income Tax on or before March 15, 2015 to avoid penalties and interest.

They also said everyone should deposit the genuine income tax to the government so that the economy of the country get stronger and public gets the best facilities. 

Gurmeet Singh Kular (Chairman PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry Ludhiana Zone), Rajeev Jain (General Secretary UCPMA & Secretary Federation of Industrial & Commercial Organisation), Gurpargat Singh Kahlon (President Auto Parts Manufacturers of India) and Om Parkash Kapoor (Tractor Parts Manufacturers Association) were among those present.
